How to fix Outlook not showing all the emails received
Step 1 – First of all fix the issues by checking Your Sync Settings- This can be performed by launching Outlook and then selecting your account, afterwards click on Change mailbox sync settings and allow Outlook to sync and download messages as soon as they arrive. Then restart the app and check your inbox
Step 2 – Fixing the issue by checking the Email settings- Open your Outlook settings using Outlook Live and then click on Mail and then on Rules, check for the rules now and discard the rules that could potentially prevent new emails from landing in your inbox.
Step 3 – You can also add your Outlook account to another mail app, and check your POP settings for the same. Make sure you’re using the correct POP and IMAP settings.
Step 4 –Thoroughly check for the Internet connection- For performing this option you have to Log out of your Outlook account from all the devices and launch the app again and log back in.
Shut down your computer and disconnect the power cord and do the same with the router. Leave your computer and modem unplugged for two minutes. Then power up your devices and check if all your emails are there.
If there are other devices using the connection, disconnect them.
Also, try from a different network, and set up a mobile hotspot if you can able to do so.
Step 5 – Delete or clear all the emails- Delete all the emails from the Inbox, by connecting to Outlook Live and hitting the Empty folder button. Afterward close Outlook and click on Inbox again. Check if the emails you’re waiting for have finally landed in your inbox.
